Our tour began with an explaination of the production process of Fullcharm by showing us a deconstructed sweater. This made it easier to understand how each step of their manufacturing process fit into the production line and is executed from start to finish.
We were most impressed with the equipment that FullCharm employs. Not only were the number of SS machines incredible because of the mass amount that can be produced at one time, but also the hand-knit machines that they still have in house for specialty items. It also was very interesting to see the looping process for fully fashioned products.
